Adi joined Sphera in 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General counsel/CCO. In this role Adi oversees all the operative infrastructures of the firm including Legal, Finance, Operations, back office, and HR. Adi also serves as a director of Sphera Global Healthcare Management LP and the Israel Hedge Funds Association. Before joining Sphera Fund Management, Adi worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver, & Jacobson, LLP in New York, where she counseled hedge funds, private equity firms, funds of funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. Adi began her career advising leading Israeli banks regarding regulatory compliance issues. Adi received her LL.M. with distinction in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University in 2003 and her LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from Tel Aviv University in 1998. She is admitted to practice law in both Israel and New York.
