Or joined Sphera in 2021 as a Technology Investment Analyst, playing a key role in the initiation of the Sphera Tech Fund. He has over five years of experience in product management and business analysis.
Prior to joining Sphera, Or served as a Business Analyst at Check Point, overseeing the Software and Support departments. Before that, he was Head of Product Management in the Israeli Navy, leading the development of the Nautical Iron Dome and Electronic Warfare capabilities.
Or holds a BA in Economics and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Haifa University, and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
