Oshrat joined Sphera Funds Management in 2017 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations.
Before joining Sphera, Oshrat was a manager of the Hedge Fund Administration Services at Leumi Capital Markets, a subsidiary of Bank Leumi. Prior to that, she managed the Hedge Fund Accounting Services Department at Raved-Ravid & Co, a mid-sized Israeli accounting firm. Oshrat also served as a senior at Rothstein Kass, where she began her career in hedge fund accounting as an auditor.
Oshrat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, where she graduated in 2005. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California.
